Pumpkin Spice Latte

This unique tea latte swaps caffeinated coffee beans for a more relaxing state of mind using Reishi tea crystals. You can enjoy this latte in the afternoon or evening for a jitter-free beverage that will calm the mind. 

The Reishi mushroom is well known for its adaptogenic properties that help support sleep, reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. Adaptogenic herbs like the Reishi mushroom help regulate the amount of stress hormones like cortisol that are secreted in high anxiety situations. 

The Reishi mushroom is commonly used in Chinese medicine to boost the immune system, reduce stress, and create an overall sense of well-being. Its flavor is earthy and slightly bitter making this type of mushroom best suited for powder and supplement form. The earthiness of the Reishi elixir is balanced by creamy coconut milk and a touch of honey for sweetness.   • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 sachet Pique Reishi Calm Elixir
  • Whipped coconut cream for topping
  • Cinnamon for topping


  • Whisk together pumpkin puree, coconut milk, pumpkin spice, reishi calm elixir crystals, and honey in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Continue to whisk until steaming hot.
  • Pour into a mug and top with coconut whipped cream and cinnamon. Enjoy hot.
