Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 sachet Pique Reishi Calm Elixir
  • Whipped coconut cream for topping
  • Cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  • Whisk together pumpkin puree, coconut milk, pumpkin spice, reishi calm elixir crystals, and honey in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Continue to whisk until steaming hot.
  • Pour into a mug and top with coconut whipped cream and cinnamon. Enjoy hot.
