Ginger Green Tea Sparking Drink

Ginger tea is an herbal tea that offers so many health benefits, thanks to the antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds found in fresh ginger root.

Making tea with ginger (whether it’s thin slices of ginger root, grated ginger, ginger juice, teabag and teapot, or our ginger tea crystals) allows you to drink in gentle, warming comfort. You’ll also reap these benefits of ginger:

  • Rich in vitamin C, zinc, calcium, and potassium
  • Soothes an upset stomach and supports digestion
  • Supports natural inflammatory response
  • Supports a healthy immune system
  • Supports healthy blood sugar levels (fresh ginger tea is low in carbohydrates too)
  • May support healthy cholesterol levels
  • Supports brain health
