Ginger combines with mint, licorice and citrus to create the Ginger Digestion Elixir Tea Crystals that blend effortlessly into these gummies. After a large meal, these gummies can help support digestion and offer release from discomfort. 

If that’s not enough, fermented Pu’er Green Tea Crystals are added to the gummies for ultimate immune support. This variety of tea contains high amounts of catechins to help support immunity and cellular health. This green tea is fermented, enriching it with probiotics for optimal gut balance. 

To add tangy flavor and vitamin-C, fresh lemon juice is added. Raw honey adds sweetness and throat soothing texture. If you are watching your sugar intake, the honey can be omitted. 

Grass-fed gelatin not only firms the gummies but also adds gut-supporting amino acids that may help heal gut-lining. Gelatin provides the building blocks for strong joints, muscles and bones. 

Making gummies is quick and easy. The ingredients are dissolved in steaming hot water and then spooned into candy molds before refrigerating until firm. Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup filtered water
  • 1 sachet Pique Ginger Digestion Elixir
  • 1 sachet Pique Pu'er Green Tea
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder

Instructions

  • Heat water in a saucepan over medium heat. Once steaming, turn heat off and gradually whisk in gelatin. Whisk in tea crystals, lemon juice and honey.
  • Spoon into BPA-free candy molds and refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm. Remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
