Ginger and Green Tea Gummies

These immune supporting gummies are perfect for soothing during sniffle season or all year round! They’re made with just 6 ingredients and require minimal prep work.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup filtered water
  • 1 sachet Pique Ginger Digestion Elixir
  • 1 sachet Pique Pu'er Green Tea
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder

Instructions

  • Heat water in a saucepan over medium heat. Once steaming, turn heat off and gradually whisk in gelatin. Whisk in tea crystals, lemon juice and honey.
  • Spoon into BPA-free candy molds and refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm. Remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
