Reishi Turmeric Golden Milk Recipe

This 4-ingredient golden milk combines two powerful teas that help supercharge the immune system with a creamy, earthy flavor and sweetness of raw honey. 

Turmeric is a potent therapeutic root that contains a compound called curcumin. Curcumin supports healthy joints and a healthy immune system. Electric Turmeric includes three different varieties of turmeric for maximum bioavailability.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups full fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 sachet Pique Electric Turmeric
  • 1 sachet Pique Reishi Calm Elixir

Instructions

  • Heat coconut milk over medium-low heat in a saucepan until steaming, about 3-5 minutes. Whisk in honey, electric turmeric and reishi tea crystals and whisk vigorously until tea is frothy.
  • Pour into a large mug and enjoy hot.
