Why We Love Apple Cider Vinegar

It has been used in folk medicine for thousands of years, has prebiotic properties and can even help to balance your body’s natural pH levels.

Turmeric, Apple Cider Vinegar Sencha Green Tea Tonic

  • 2 sachets Pique Sencha Green Tea Crystals
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Lemon slices


  • Pour sachets of Sencha Green Tea Crystals into two separate cups. Pour boiling water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder into each glass.
  • Follow with 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 tablespoon of honey in each glass.
  • Stir and mix well. Garnish with lemon slices and serve warm.
