Stay alert and focused with this matcha cooler full of fresh mint, lime and cucumber that will invigorate and revitalize.

This muddled drink infuses the flavors of fresh ingredients together for a drink that’s free of artificial flavor, letting natural aromas and taste shine. Cucumbers are rich in water, helping to maintain proper hydration.

Fresh mint adds cool flavor and contains antioxidants as well as anti-inflammatory properties. Mint may help soothe an upset stomach and aid in digestion. Due to its minty flavor, this herb is great for oral health and keeping breath fresh.

Tangy lime adds a burst of citrus flavor. Limes are high in vitamin C, helping to support the immune system and a healthy anti-inflammatory response.

Matcha adds vibrant green color to this cooler along with its many potent health benefits.

Just some of the benefits of drinking Matcha:

  • Matcha is especially high in chlorophyll as opposed to other green teas because it’s grown in the shade, resulting in a higher production of chlorophyll.
  • Chlorophyll aids the body in making hemoglobin which carries oxygen throughout the body for optimal function.
  • Matcha tea supports metabolism and healthy weight management.
  • Contains l-theanine, an amino acid that produces a calm, focused energy and alertness. L-theanine may also support healthy brain function and memory.
  • High in antioxidants that support a healthy immune system.

To tie the drink together, agave nectar is added for sweetness. You can also use honey or low glycemic sweeteners like monk fruit or erythritol.
