Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp creamy almond butter
Instructions
- Combine water and oats in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 6-8 minutes, until most of the water is absorbed and oats are tender.
- Stir in flaxseed, vanilla extract, tea crystals, and maple syrup. Transfer to a small bowl and top with milk, blueberries, and almond butter.
