Ingredients

  • 2 tsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup peeled chopped honey crisp apples
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 sachet Pique Cinnamon Fasting Tea
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened steamed almond milk

Instructions

  • Melt butter over medium-low heat in a saucepan. Add chopped apples and stir well. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until softened.
  • Transfer hot apple mixture to a blender and add coconut sugar, tea crystals, and steamed almond milk. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a mug and enjoy hot.
