White Peony Lemon Latte

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 sachet Pique White Peony tea
  • 1 1/2 cups steamed unsweetened full-fat coconut milk
  • Dairy-free whipped cream for topping
  • Lemon zest for topping

Instructions

  • Combine water, lemon juice, and coconut sugar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Once steaming, stir in white peony tea crystals until dissolved.
  • Pour into a large mug and add steam coconut milk. Top with whipped cream and lemon zest. Enjoy hot.
