Ingredients

  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 sachet Pique Reishi Calm Elixir
  • 1/8 tsp dried lavender buds

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a 16-ounce glass and enjoy right away.
