Preheat oven to 400ºF. Pat chickpeas dry with paper towel and remove any loose outer skin from chickpeas. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake chickpeas for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through roasting. Turn off oven and allow chickpeas to cook in oven with door cracked for 10 minutes.
Stir together tea and dried herbs/spices. Toss chickpeas in olive oil followed by herb mix and stir to coat. Enjoy warm.
