Satsuma Thyme Mockarita

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh satsuma mandarin juice
  • 2  lime juice
  • 1 agave nectar
  • 1 Pique White Peony Tea
  • 1/2 cup  cold water
  • Ice
  • Salt for rim (optional)
  • Sprig of fresh thyme for garnish 
  • Lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • In a glass or martini shaker, combine water and tea crystals, stir to dissolve. Add satsuma juice, lime juice and agave nectar. Stir to combine.
  • Rim a tall glass with salt and fill with ice. Pour satsuma mockarita over ice and garnish with fresh thyme and a lime wheel. Enjoy!
